Metals Supervisor

The Metals Supervisor is responsible for maximizing the potential of the production staff through effective assignment, prioritization of work and proper planning of product, material and tooling as well as effective training and development of staff. Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities and pushes for excellence in all processes. Leads by example and communicates effectively across shifts. Communicates, supports and enforces company and division policies and procedures. This is a working supervisor position.

Senior Quality Engineer

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for the improvement and continual reinforcement of HOBCO’s advanced quality planning and quality management systems. Designs, installs, and evaluates process control plans, sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques. Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzes production and service limitations and standards; recommends revision of specifications when indicated; formulates or helps formulate quality assurance policies and procedures. May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools. Interfaces with all other engineering components within the organization and with customers and suppliers on quality related issues.

Mechanical Product Design Engineer

The Product Design Engineer thrives in an environment that allows for the individual to take on full product design and project management responsibilities - from design conception through final production. Direct the work of Designers and technicians. Provide technical support to fabricators, welders and assemblers. Assure final product quality through a commitment to high quality and accurate designs, bills of materials, testing, work instructions, timely support and finished product audits.
